Refund & Return Policy

ILOVEVIBE LTD wants buyers to have a clear refund path. Because research peptides are temperature-sensitive lyophilized materials, we apply specific conditions below. Eligible refund or return requests may be submitted within 30 days of the order date (or delivery date where noted).

• Cancel before shipment: Full refund minus any irreversible payment-network fees
• Payment error: Overpayment or duplicate payment — excess refunded within 7 business days
• Wrong / defective item: We sent the incorrect SKU, or the vial arrives damaged / empty — report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund
• Quality mismatch: COA does not match stated purity, confirmed by independent lab report submitted within 30 days
• Non-delivery: After investigation confirms the package is lost and reshipment is not feasible
• Unopened return (limited): Unopened, unused product in original packaging may be considered within 30 days of delivery at our discretion (buyer pays return shipping unless the error was ours)

• Customs seizure (covered by our reshipment policy instead)
• Change of mind after the package has been opened
• Incorrect address provided by the buyer
• Products stored improperly after delivery
• Research results not meeting expectations

If we shipped the wrong item or a confirmed defective unit, we cover reasonable return shipping. For discretionary unopened returns, the buyer pays return shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible (crypto to the wallet you provide, or reversal/credit through the card processor). After approval, refunds typically complete within 3–10 business days (crypto networks or card issuers may add extra time).

Email support@mallmixo.com with your order ID, reason, and supporting photos/documents. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve within 7 business days after we receive required evidence.
