Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds, returns, and order cancellations.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of research peptides (temperature-sensitive, lyophilized compounds), all sales are generally final once the product has been shipped. We prioritize reshipment over refunds for fulfillment issues.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Payment error: Overpayment or duplicate payment — full excess refunded in crypto within 7 business days
  • Order cancellation: Before shipment — full refund minus any payment network fees
  • Product quality issue: COA does not match stated purity, confirmed by independent lab report
  • Non-delivery: After investigation confirms package lost and reshipment is not feasible

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customs seizure (covered by reshipment policy instead)
  • Buyer's change of mind after shipment
  • Incorrect address provided by buyer
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Research results not meeting expectations

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency used for payment (BTC, USDT, etc.) to the wallet address you provide. Refund processing takes 3–10 business days depending on network confirmation times.

5. Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is affected (e.g., one item damaged in a multi-item shipment), a partial refund or replacement of the affected item may be offered.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact customer support with your order ID, reason for refund, and supporting documentation. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve within 7 business days.
